Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Team Manager for a Stroud-based charity. You will manage 6 staff (3 Social Workers and 3 Support Workers) across a mixed on-site and remote working model, with a 4-day on-site pattern.
The role focuses on early help and early intervention rather than long-term social work, within an established team. A UK driving licence and Social Work England registration are essential.
