Job Description & How to Apply Below
Location: Greater London

We are a community-focused housing provider dedicated to delivering local services that truly meet the needs and aspirations of our residents. Our culture is built on being caring, trusted, and always listening, ensuring that we provide a supportive environment where our team can make a tangible impact. We are committed to your growth, offering a wide range of learning opportunities and a friendly workspace where your ideas and hard work are always recognised.

The Role

We are looking for a dedicated Housing Officer to join us as a key face of our service on the ground. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for residents within your patch, ensuring their tenancies are managed well and their voices are heard. You will spend your time out and about on our estates, carrying out inspections, tackling anti-social behaviour, and welcoming new tenants to their homes.

Working closely with our repairs, caretaking, and safety teams, you’ll ensure our communal areas are safe and well-maintained. It’s a busy, varied role where you’ll handle everything from investigating tenancy breaches to supporting vulnerable neighbours and promoting community spirit. Because this is a front-line service focused on being visible for our residents, the role is based across our local sites and estates rather than working from home.

The Person

We are looking for someone who is empathetic, professional, and genuinely enjoys working with people. Ideally, you will have:

  • Solid experience in housing or estate management, including handling tenancy breaches and anti-social behaviour.
  • The ability to communicate warmly and clearly with residents from all walks of life, building trust through every interaction.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage a busy, complex caseload independently.
  • A strong understanding of safeguarding and health and safety, with a commitment to keeping our residents safe.
  • A collaborative spirit, enjoying work as part of a team to provide joined-up services.
  • Excellent IT skills for maintaining accurate records and a willingness to travel between our local estates.
The Benefits

We believe in rewarding the hard work and heart our team puts into the community. We offer:

Salary: £44,121 to £46,342 per year.

A supportive culture: You’ll be part of a dedicated team that values kindness, respect, and professional accountability.

Growth and development: Access to a wide range of learning opportunities to help you progress.

Local impact: The chance to work directly within the local community and see the difference you make every day.

Great conditions: Generous benefits and recognition for those who show initiative and dedication.
