- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized support plans.
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and supportive services to clients via secure video calls, phone, and email.
- Facilitate referrals to community resources, healthcare providers, and other support services.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies.
- Advocate for clients' rights and needs within social service systems and the wider community.
- Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to ensure coordinated and effective client care.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work (BSW or MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Registered Social Worker with the South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP).
- Proven experience in case management, counseling, and client advocacy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in virtual communication tools.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated, private workspace.
