About the Role
Our client is seeking a compassionate and driven Social Worker to join their dedicated team, focusing on community outreach initiatives in Tembisa . You will play a vital role in identifying community needs, developing targeted support programs, and connecting residents with essential social services. - Conduct needs assessments within the community to identify service gaps and client requirements.

- Facilitate support groups and workshops on various social and health-related topics.
- Collaborate with local organizations, government agencies, and community leaders to coordinate services.
- Maintain comprehensive client records and prepare reports on program activities and outcomes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Registered Social Worker with the South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in community social work or case management.
- Demonstrated knowledge of social welfare systems and community resources in the Tembisa area.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively in a hybrid environment.
