With an established Adult Pathway already in place, we are excited to extend our services to Children and Young People (CYP) including to assess both ADHD, Autism Spectrum Condition and dual presentations. What we are looking for?

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Full Time CYP ADHD & Autism (ASC) Assessor to join our multidisciplinary neurodevelopmental team. This is a unique opportunity to join a brand new service right at the point of launching, with the security of an already successful and rapidly scaling adult service behind it.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Conducting comprehensive ADHD and Autism assessments using structured interviews, developmental history, behavioural observations, and validated diagnostic tools (e.g., SNAP-IV, SDQ, SCQ, BOSA, ADI-R where applicable).
  • Gathering collateral information from guardians, schools, and other professionals to inform diagnostic formulation.
  • Developing high‑quality, individualised assessment reports with clear diagnostic reasoning, functional formulation, and recommendations for support and reasonable adjustments.
  • Providing compassionate, neuro-affirming guidance to CYP and their guardians throughout the assessment journey.
  • Working collaboratively within a diverse multidisciplinary team
    , recognising the unique skills each profession brings to ADHD and ASC assessment.
Clinical Quality & Service Development
  • Collaborating with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure a seamless, person‑centred assessment experience.
  • Staying current with ADHD and ASC research and best practice, integrating this knowledge into assessments and clinical decision‑making.
  • Supporting the Clinical Ops Lead for CYP in reviewing complaints related to the the assessment pathway and conducting thorough reviews of concerns raised by service users and/or their guardians.
  • Supporting the Clinical Ops Lead, Head of Clinical Care Hub and Clinical Director in auditing the assessment pathway and contributing to service improvement by identifying recurring themes and escalating systemic issues.
  • Supporting in‑person training and sign‑off events for new CYP Assessors at our Canary Wharf office.
