Job IntroductionMake a difference where it matters most
This is a fantastic opportunity to join us as we embed our new Family Help and Multi-Agency Child Protection Teams, following the national Families First reforms. Every day, our colleagues work alongside children, young people and families to create lasting change, helping, supporting and safeguarding children through creative, relationship-based practice. Whether your strengths lie in early intervention and family-led support, or child protection and safeguarding, we have opportunities across both services and, through a single application, you can tell us which area of practice interests you most.
We're looking for dedicated practitioners who want to be part of a service that is shaping the future of children's social care. As we continue to develop our systemic approach to practice, you'll join a supportive organisation that is committed to achieving better outcomes for children, young people and families across Milton Keynes. If you're ready to make a difference and help us deliver meaningful change, we'd love to hear from you.
