Ready to use your expertise to bring the right support together for children and families when it matters most?

As a Children with Additional Needs Coordinator, you'll play a central role in coordinating the Early Help support available to children and families who are facing challenges and need additional assistance. Working closely with schools, health professionals and other partner agencies, you'll coordinate and chair assessment, planning and review meetings, helping to ensure children and families receive the right support at the right time.

Joining a small, professional and supportive team of Coordinators, you'll benefit from a wealth of shared knowledge and experience while contributing your own ideas to the ongoing development of the Early Help System. This is a rewarding opportunity to help shape positive outcomes for children and families across the Island, supported by regular supervision, team meetings, staff development days and a wide range of training and professional development opportunities.
