Safeguarding Social Workerto join its
dynamic team and help shape the future of children’s services.
As part of a well-structured Safeguarding and Support Team, you’ll work alongside
experienced colleagues and team managers to deliver high-quality support to
vulnerable children and families. Your work will focus on assessment, intervention,
and safeguarding, ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive.
- 1 Managing a caseload and delivering effective, compassionate support
- 2 Conducting thorough child and family assessments, including Section 47 enquiries
- 3 Creating and reviewing SMART care plans for CIN, CP, and LAC cases
- 4 Maintaining high standards of practice through regular supervision and development
- 5 Collaborating with families, professionals, and external agencies to improve outcomes
We’re seeking someone who brings both professional expertise and avalues-driven approach to social work.
You should:
- 1 Hold a recognised social work qualification
- 2 Be registered with Social Work England (SWE)
- 3 Have at least 12 months of post-qualification experience
- 4 Be confident managing complex cases and working under pressure
- 5 Communicate effectively with children, families, and professionals
- 6 Be collaborative, resilient, and committed to continuous improvement
