This post is based in the Parking Enforcement Team within our Roads Network Service. Reporting to the Parking & Traffic Management Team Leader, you will be involved in overseeing traffic management as required by enforcing traffic regulation orders and keeping designated parking, waiting & loading areas clear for specific users. Ensure that the council’s off- street and on-street car parking facilities are operated in a safe and efficient manner.

This is an excellent opportunity to join the Parking Enforcement Team within North Ayrshire Council. Within this role you undertake a range of duties associated with exercising the enforcement of parking and road traffic regulations on behalf of the Council. Including the issuing of Penalty Charge Notices to assist with the promotion, delivery, and integration of the Council's Key Priorities.

The postholder is required to work a rotating shift pattern
- Monday-Sunday, 07:30-22:00 This position attracts an additional 10% shift allowance onto basic salary.
