We're hiring a Social Worker to join the children's Assessment Team!
Job Status: Full Time Permanent
Location: Broadside
Working Style: Hybrid
Candidates will be offered a competitive basic salary between £38,476 and £41,956 per annum, dependant on your experience, and the potential to earn up to £48,956 per year when market premiums and retention are applied
About the RoleOur vision and values put children at the heart of everything we do. As a social worker in our Assessment Team you will manage a caseload within a framework of appropriate reflective supervision, working with children, young people and their families . You will also be expected to use the Signs of Safety practice model in assessments and interventions with families .
Reporting directly to a Team Manager, you will benefit from regular individual and group supervision . You will also be supported to develop your skills and expertise at every stage of your career.
