As a pivotal team member, you will supervise volunteers and contribute to the mental well-being of Canadian youth. Your main duties will include ensuring quality support, facilitating communications in crisis situations, and liaising with professionals as needed. Your ability to lead and support will make a meaningful difference in many lives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and engage crisis responders online
• Ensure timely, high-quality support for youth
• Offer clinical assistance during crises
• Collaborate with other supervisors for effective service
• Work with emergency services as necessary
Requirements:
• Degree in social work, psychology, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in crisis management
• Fluent in French and English
• Strong understanding of mental health issues
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions in emergencies
