Position: MASH Social Worker  £35/h
Social Worker - MASH Team Milton Keynes City Council £35 per Hour | 37 Hours per Week | Hybrid Working Are you an experienced Social Worker looking for your next locum opportunity within a supportive and fast-paced Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH)? Milton Keynes City Council is seeking a skilled and motivated Social Worker to join their MASH Team on a full-time basis.

The Role As a MASH Social Worker, you will be responsible for reviewing referrals allocated by the Team Manager and completing actions within agreed timescales. You will work closely with parents, families, and partner agencies to assess risk and protective factors, making informed threshold recommendations in line with the Milton Keynes Level of Needs Framework and relevant legislation. This is a non-case holding role , allowing you to focus on high-quality screening, safeguarding, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
* Review and screen incoming referrals
* Liaise with families, professionals, and partner agencies
* Assess safeguarding concerns and risk factors
* Make threshold recommendations and informed decisions
* Complete actions within agreed service timescales
* Contribute to effective multi-agency safeguarding arrangements What's on Offer? * £35 per hour

* Initial four weeks office-based for training and induction
* Up to 2 days remote working per week following induction
* Non-case holding position
