• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs, identifying social, emotional, and environmental factors impacting their well-being.

• Develop and implement service plans tailored to client goals, coordinating with external agencies and resources.
• Advocate for clients' rights and access to services, ensuring they receive appropriate support and interventions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting interventions, progress, and outcomes in line with ethical and professional standards.
• Collaborate remotely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care and share insights.

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or equivalent qualification.
• Current registration or licensure as a Social Worker in South Africa.
• Proven experience in case management, counseling, and client advocacy, preferably within a remote or virtual capacity.
• Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and electronic health record systems for client management.
• Strong understanding of social welfare policies, community resources, and relevant legislation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a high degree of empathy and resilience.
