• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized support plans for clients.
• Provide therapeutic counseling and case management services to individuals, families, and groups facing various challenges.
• Advocate for client needs, connecting them with relevant community resources and services.
• Mentor and supervise junior social workers, providing professional guidance and support.
• Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure integrated service delivery and enhance program effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in social work, with a proven track record in case management and counseling.
• Registration with the South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP).
• Demonstrated experience in supervising or mentoring junior staff.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in using digital collaboration tools and electronic record-keeping systems.
