About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and experienced Remote Childcare Policy Advisor to contribute to shaping effective childcare regulations and strategies. In this fully remote position, you will conduct research, analyze current policies, and provide expert recommendations to support the development of safe, high-quality, and accessible childcare services. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to inform policy decisions, ensuring that the needs of children, families, and providers are central.

• Research, analyze, and evaluate existing childcare policies at local, regional, and national levels.
• Develop evidence-based policy recommendations to improve childcare quality, affordability, and accessibility.
• Draft policy briefs, reports, and presentations for various stakeholders, including government agencies and community organizations.
• Stay current with legislative changes and emerging trends impacting the childcare sector.
• Advise on the implementation and impact assessment of new childcare policies and initiatives.

• Master's degree or higher in Public Policy, Social Work, Child Development, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in policy analysis, development, and advocacy, with a focus on childcare or early childhood education.
• Strong research, quantitative, and qualitative analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex policy issues clearly.
