Full Time Pertemps Social Care are currently recruiting for an experienced SEND Case Officer to join the West Team SASS within Hertfordshire.

Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of EHC needs annual reviews and amendments. Coordinate advice from education, health and social care professionals. Draft and amend EHCPs in line with the SEND Code of Practice. Ensure statutory timescales are met and case records are maintained accurately. Act as the main point of contact for families, schools and partner agencies. Attend and contribute to multi-agency meetings as required.

Requirements Strong experience in SEND/EHCP casework. Good knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and statutory processes. Experience managing a high-volume caseload and meeting deadlines. Excellent communication, stakeholder management and report-writing skills. Experience using EHM (Liquid logic). Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Teams and Excel.
