** When you'll be working:
*** Regular, rolling rota for consistency
* 2 week live in assignments
* Ongoing, reliable work each month
* Zero-hours contract (to reflect changing care needs), with stable hours in practice
*** In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. While the role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client.
***** What you'll be doing:
** In this rewarding role, you’ll live in a client’s home during your assignment, providing personalised, one-to-one support.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
* Assisting with moving and handling
* Helping with daily household tasks
* Encouraging social activities and community engagement

You’ll play a vital role in helping someone live as independently and fully as possible.
