About the Role

Our client is seeking an innovative and dedicated Community Inclusion Facilitator to join their fully remote team, serving the Randburg area. This role is pivotal in promoting social inclusion and equal opportunities for individuals with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or facing social exclusion. You will leverage digital platforms to connect with clients, assess their needs, and facilitate access to community resources and support networks.

This position requires a strong commitment to advocacy, excellent virtual communication skills, and a deep understanding of inclusion principles. You will empower individuals to participate fully in community life, working remotely to achieve significant social impact.

• Develop and implement strategies to foster social inclusion for individuals with diverse needs remotely.
• Provide virtual guidance and support to clients in accessing community programs, services, and employment opportunities.
• Collaborate with community organizations, service providers, and stakeholders to identify and address barriers to inclusion.
• Facilitate online peer support groups and skill-building workshops tailored to promote independence and social connection.
• Maintain accurate client records and prepare reports on program activities and outcomes using secure digital tools.
• Advocate for the rights and needs of individuals to ensure equitable access to community resources.

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Disability Studies, Community Development, or a related field.
• Proven experience in advocating for or supporting individuals with disabilities or from marginalized groups.
• Exceptional virtual communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using online collaboration tools, video conferencing, and case management software.
• Understanding of disability rights, inclusion principles, and the social landscape of the Randburg area.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage a remote caseload, and demonstrate empathy and patience.
