Our client is looking for a dedicated Social Worker specializing in Case Management to join their dynamic team in Tembisa . You will assess client needs, develop intervention plans, and connect them with vital community resources. • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs, identifying social, emotional, and practical challenges.

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Registered or eligible for registration with the South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP).
• Proven experience in case management, counseling, or community support.
• Strong understanding of social welfare systems and available community resources.
• Excellent assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation skills.
