About the Role
Our client is actively seeking a dedicated Remote Case Manager specializing in social services to join their expanding virtual team. This role is crucial for providing comprehensive support and guidance to clients from the comfort of their own homes, utilizing digital communication and case management tools. You will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing tailored intervention plans, and connecting them with appropriate resources, regardless of their physical location.
This is a unique opportunity to leverage your skills in social services within a flexible, remote-first work environment, contributing to positive client outcomes across various geographical areas, particularly supporting individuals in and around Klerksdorp .
- Conduct client needs assessments via secure video conferencing and phone calls.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized case plans to address client goals.
