Dorset is recruiting a SEND Case Officer (Provision Lead) to join Dorset Council's SEND Service. You will manage casework for children and young people aged 0-25, coordinate Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and lead annual reviews to meet statutory deadlines.
Working closely with families, schools, Educational Psychologists, Social Care and partner agencies, you’ll handle complex cases and maintain accurate records in a flexible remote/hybrid team.
