Hampshire is seeking a Family Practitioner to join the Refugee Safeguarding Team in Havant. You will support children and families with practical, emotional and tailored interventions as part of early help work, building trust and resilience.
You will manage a small caseload, work with social workers and partners, and use strengths‑based Hampshire approaches to promote positive change while visiting locally and accepting some home working as needed.
