The Royal British Legion is seeking a dedicated Case Officer for a homebased regional role covering Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. You will manage casework, provide direct support, and coordinate with regional specialists to secure comprehensive welfare assistance for beneficiaries.
Reporting to the area Casework Services Manager, you will assess needs, advise on available services, and build relationships with local partners to ensure integrated, person-centred support.
