Remote Case Manager - Social Services

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Case Manager to join their expanding social services team. This role is essential for providing crucial support and guidance to clients from the comfort of their own homes, focusing on areas such as social welfare, health services, and personal development.
