Veterans Inc. is seeking a dedicated Rapid Rehousing and Homeless Prevention Case Manager to support Montana-based veterans in outreach, prevention, and housing placement. This remote role in the Great Falls area includes local travel for outreach activities across the region.
You will perform initial intake, develop individualized service plans, help veterans access VA benefits and other supports, and track progress for monthly reporting while coordinating with funding sources and program staff.
