13.15 per hour

Provide personalised hands-on support
Help customers build confidence and independence
Support daily living skills, budgeting, and maintaining tenancies to ensure successful move-on opportunities
Experience in a similar care and support role, ideally with vulnerable people
NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it
Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar)
