12.90 per hour
42 Hours (This is a waking night position, 6pm - 6am 4 night on 4 nights off)

Be the first point of contact for customer queries and support
Build positive relationships and help customers develop life skills
Ensure the service is secure and provide excellent customer care
Experience supporting young people or vulnerable adults, including those with mental health needs or substance misuse
