Groups Recover Together is seeking a dedicated Recovery Support Coordinator to work with a panel of 160-180 members across clinical, social, and community settings. You will provide recovery support services, engage in care coordination, and help members navigate health and social needs throughout their recovery journey.
The role reports to the Recovery Operations Supervisor and supports care pathways, with a 4-day workweek (Mon-Thu) and one remote Tuesday.
