The post involves undertaking initial social work assessments, risk assessment and risk management to support adults, their families and carers in a multidisciplinary setting.
We offer hybrid and home working arrangements, with PVG scheme checks required prior to formal offer. A degree/diploma in Social Work and SSSC registration are essential, with ongoing supervision
