Child & Family Enrichment Home Visitor

Best Point Education & Behavioral Health is seeking acompassionate, dedicated, and family-focused Child & Family Enrichment Home Visitorto support families with children from the prenatal stage through age five.

In this role, you'll work directly with families in their homes and communities to strengthen parenting skills, promote healthy child development, connect families with resources, and help create safe, nurturing environments where children can thrive.

As a Home Visitor, you'll build meaningful relationships with families and partner with them to identify goals, navigate resources, and support their child's development during the critical early years. This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact by helping families build the knowledge, skills, and connections they need to support their children.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education , Social Work, or a related field, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience providing home-based services or working with children birth through age five preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, time-management , and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to establish trusting and respectful relationships with children and families.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with families, community partners, and internal teams.

Starting pay: $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
