Applicants must have a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in a social science required, Bachelor of Social Work preferred. Two years of experience working with clients and families. Experience with local DCS policies and referral process preferred.

While in treatment, clients and families will experience a holistic continuum of care. This continuum includes group and individual support, case management, real-time parenting coaching, and life skills development. The Family Coach / DCS Liaison will serve as a part of a holistic approach to addiction recovery by engaging the family in the client’s treatment process, as well as serving as a liaison with Indiana Department of Child Services (DCS).

The family coach will work with a client and their family while they are in residential treatment and for 12-18+ months post discharge in the community to ensure long term support and continuity of care. This is a local remote position that will spend a majority of their time in the Indianapolis Community.
