MCR Pathways is seeking a Pathways Coordinator to support mentoring across Sunderland, Gateshead and Durham. You will build trusted relationships with young people, deliver group and individual guidance, and work closely with schools and partners to expand mentoring opportunities.
You will coordinate sessions, support mentors with inductions, and ensure effective pathways for students in years 8 and above, combining travel across locations with some home working.
