Meadow is hiring Family Case Managers to guide families through our full service lifecycle, from contract signing to the safe return of their loved one’s ashes. You will own a high-volume caseload of around 100 concurrent cases, coordinating transportation, documentation, scheduling, and ashes return across internal teams.
The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, excels in client experience, and can triage across multiple systems. A home setup supporting remote work is required.
