Job SummaryThe Wellbeing & Progression Coach will deliver TLC’s Give Get Go programme in partnership with LIVV Housing, supporting Knowsley residents who may be experiencing low confidence, social isolation or barriers to living a more fulfilling life. Through trusted one-to-one coaching, wellbeing activities, community engagement and group sessions such as Chatty Café and Lifeology, the coach will help people build confidence, connections and greater control over their future.
Support will be shaped around each person’s priorities and pace, helping them progress towards improved wellbeing, volunteering, learning or employment. Where someone is ready for more focused job-search support, the coach will connect them with LIVV Housing’s Employment Coach and other appropriate services.
