Groups Recover Together is redefining opioid use disorder treatment by bringing care directly to communities via telemedicine and MAT-based plans. This role partners with a multidisciplinary team to initiate treatment early in recovery and ensure safe transitions into ongoing care across markets.
The Provider will engage patients in weeks 1–4, with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care, while supporting care model innovations and service line development.
