Customer Support Assistant N1 Telecom - B2C​/B2B; Fully Remote

• This is a fully remote, first-level technical support role for premium customers and corporate accounts in the telecommunications sector.
• You will handle incoming requests across phone, chat, and email, diagnosing technical incidents and coordinating with specialized teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and empathetic support, identify and resolve connectivity issues, and escalate complex cases with detailed documentation.
• Track service requests to meet SLAs and maintain accurate records of troubleshooting steps and resolutions.

Requirements:

• High school diploma and basic to intermediate knowledge of computer networks, Wi-Fi, and telecommunications.
• Excellent verbal and written Portuguese, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude.
