Foster Care Associates (FCA) in the Bridgend area is seeking a highly motivated Senior/Supervising Social Worker to develop and promote fostering services in Cymru South. This is a 'no base' contract with a Bridgend office and a flexible hybrid work model allowing home-based activities.
You will lead and supervise foster carers, ensure safeguarding and compliance, and travel as needed to assess families. A recognised Social Work qualification and registration with Social Care Wales are essential.
