• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Community Development, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in a social care, case management, or client support role.
• Exceptional digital literacy and proficiency with video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams) and CRM/case management software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, adapted for remote interactions.
