Young Futures is seeking a Children & Young People’s Practitioner (Nights) for a part-time shift at a London home (SW8). The role focuses on building meaningful relationships with young people in care and supporting their health, education, and independence.
You will be enrolled on a relevant Diploma programme and receive time, support and incentives to progress your career, with shifts including Saturday nights and Friday mornings, plus occasional additional cover.
