The post focuses on coordinating 13 Young Co-Designers with lived experience of poverty to influence change and co-produce solutions that improve health outcomes for young people aged 10-24.
The role combines direct support, youth participation and partnership work with a flexible hybrid pattern, including remote work, to help reduce health inequalities
