Social Worker ( Care Expert

Kindly helps families navigate aging and eldercare. We pair licensed Care Experts with practical tools and personalized care plans so families can move through complex care moments — dementia, hospital discharge, long-term care decisions, home care — with clarity and confidence.

At Kindly, our social workers are called Care Experts — and they are the heart of what we do. You will work directly with families in one-on-one virtual sessions, helping them understand their options, build a plan, and take the next step. You bring the professional judgment and system knowledge; we bring the platform, the tools, and a steady stream of families who need your help.

This is an always-open role. We review applications on a rolling basis and reach out as we expand into new states and provinces and grow our Care Expert team.

• Lead virtual sessions with families navigating aging, caregiving, and complex care decisions
• Build and maintain personalized care plans covering health, housing, legal, financial, and emotional considerations
• Help families understand and access state or provincial public programs, private care options, and community services
• Follow up with families between sessions to keep their plans moving forward
• Share what you learn with the Kindly team so our tools and care plans keep getting better

• A licensed or registered social worker in good standing in the Canadian province or U.S. state where you practise
• Several years of experience in geriatric care, care coordination, discharge planning, or eldercare navigation
• Strong working knowledge of the public and private care landscape in at least one Canadian province or U.S. state
• A warm, clear communicator who can turn a complicated system into a plan a stressed family can follow
• Comfort delivering care virtually through video sessions, shared care plans, and modern tools
