The City of Edinburgh Council is recruiting a Senior Social Worker for the Hospital Citywide Service. Hybrid and home working are available to support work-life balance, with a role covering a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team across locality services in Edinburgh.
The successful candidate will undertake statutory tasks, carry out risk and carer assessments, and contribute to person-centred planning to help adults with complex needs live as independently as possible.
