Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking a Care Caseworker (Housing) for a 5-month contract in Esher. The role supports older, disabled and vulnerable residents to stay independent at home, through case management, home adaptations and grant processes.
Working pattern is hybrid (initially office-based, then 1 day in the office and 2 days home working/visits). You will visit homes, liaise with social care teams and contractors, assist with grants and safeguarding.
