SW Locums is looking for a passionate, experienced and confident Qualified Adult Social Worker to join Redbridge Council in London.

• Working Pattern:
  Monday to Friday
• Working Arrangement:
  Hybrid – 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.

• Undertake comprehensive Care Act 2014 assessments and reviews.
• Manage a varied caseload of adults with complex social care needs.
• Complete Mental Capacity Assessments and adult safeguarding enquiries.
• Develop person-centred, strengths-based care and support plans.
• Promote independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes for service users.
• Work collaboratively with families, carers, health professionals and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

• Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
• Strong experience within Adult Social Services.
• Excellent knowledge of the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act.
• Confident managing complex caseloads independently.
  
  Strong assessment, safeguarding and report-writing skills.
• Excellent communication and multi-agency working skills.
• A proactive practitioner with a person-centred approach.
