• Is a registered Social Worker with
  Social Work England
  and holds a qualifying degree.
• Has a deep understanding of current legislation and its real-world impact.
• Possesses the drive to potentially pursue qualifications in
  Practice Education, Best Interest Assessor, and/or Approved Mental Health Professional
  .
• Collaborates effectively with external agencies to build strong partnerships.
• Holds a full, clean driving license and is ready to explore our vibrant county

• A Social Work England registration and a relevant qualification.
• Up-to-date knowledge of legislation and guidance.
• A track record of effective, person-centred assessment and care management.
• The drive to develop into a Best Interest Assessor or Approved Mental Health Professional.

• Take on a thrilling variety of adult social work, from
  Care Act Assessments
  and person-centered support planning to
  Mental Capacity Assessments and Section 42 Enquiries
  .
• Apply your experience working with diverse adult populations, including those with physical and learning disabilities, mental health needs, and older adults.
• Work with a
  strength-based approach
  to empower individuals and champion independence.
• Engage in crucial
  CHC and s117 work
  to ensure seamless support.
• Thrive in a supportive culture that offers regular supervision and celebrates your professional growth.

  with comprehensive Care Act Assessments and bespoke support plans.
• Navigate complex situations
  with expertise in Section 42 Enquiries, Mental Capacity Assessments, and more.
