What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and develop technical solutions that meet user needs regarding functionality, performance, scalability, and reliability
- Provide module-level development leadership for medium to large-sized projects and maintenance of client-facing API banking systems
- Contribute to and drive department best practices, guidelines, and adherence to standards
- Build and maintain large software platforms with a focus on elegant, maintainable, and secure code
- Actively seek learning opportunities and support team development

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in application software programming OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in application software programming
- Strong hands-on experience in web services development (SOAP, REST)
- Demonstrated experience utilizing CI/CD (Continuous Integration & Delivery) techniques
- Knowledge and experience with RDBMSs (Oracle or MS SQL Server)
- Empathy with developers and a passion for creating an exceptional developer experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Module-level lead experience for small to medium-sized projects
- Demonstrated expertise in Microservices architecture and Spring Boot
- Hands-on development expertise in React, NodeJS, JAVA, and J2EE

- Experience with implementing SSO and security protocols like SAML
2.0 and OAuth
2.0
- Prior experience with a regulated financial organization
