Mobile Developer; Flutter

We are seeking a Flutter Developer to help us build world-class cross-platform applications that power the Blossend ecosystem. You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver performant, scalable mobile apps.

Ideal candidates have a strong grasp of Flutter, Dart, UI/UX principles, and are comfortable with REST APIs, Firebase, and platform-specific features.

You will lead the implementation of our mobile app across iOS and Android using Flutter. Your work will directly impact thousands of users in the health-tech space. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role.

United States. Blossend is a fully remote company with optional hybrid in Austin, TX.

• Build responsive UIs and optimize for performance on both iOS and Android.
• Collaborate with backend, design, and product teams to ship features end-to-end.
• Integrate with REST APIs, Firebase, push notifications, payments, and analytics.
• Write clean, modular code with solid testing practices.

• 3+ years of experience building mobile apps using Flutter and Dart.
• Strong portfolio of apps in production across iOS and Android.
• Experience with state management:
  Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.
• Proficiency in debugging, profiling, and performance optimization.
• Good eye for mobile UI/UX and animations.

• 2+ years of full-time Flutter development experience.
• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture and lifecycle.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Firebase services.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote team.
