** In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of core platforms and frameworks that power our policy management capabilities.  If you’re passionate about building reusable, horizontal platforms that unlock business benefit and support customer customization and extensions, then this is the job for you.
** Position Responsibilities
** As a Sr. Staff Engineering Manager, you will:
** Experience
* * 7+ years of hands-on software development or solutions engineering experience Recent experience developing or designing software solutions 5+ years of leadership experience managing multiple scrum teams Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Demonstrated experience delivering scalable cloud-based applications (AWS, Azure) Strong knowledge and practical application of Agile methodologies and frameworks

Experience with CI/CD, Release Management, and SDLC
** Education
* * BS in Computer Science or equivalent education or work experience
