• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of experience as a software engineer
• Full-stack or backend development experience (React, Typescript, Golang)
• Strong programming fundamentals and ability to leverage AI tools during development
• Proven track record of leading design, development, and maintenance of scalable software systems

• Experience shaping and improving mapping, routing, or navigation products
• Passion for mentoring and developing junior engineers
• Proven success in 0?1 teams and scaling them through growth phases
• Willingness to engage directly with customers as needed
