Real Estate Investment Associate

Real Estate Investment Associate – train AI models and improve chatbot performance.

You will measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to enhance the quality of each model. The role requires an expert level of financial reasoning in areas such as Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning.

• Full-time or part-time remote position (full-time preferred)

• Paid hourly at $50–$60 USD with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work

• Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex problems and evaluate their outputs
• Assess the quality of AI model outputs for correctness and performance

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
• Detail-oriented
• Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and related reasoning exercises
• Current, in-progress, or completed Master’s or PhD preferred but not required

• Payment is made via Pay Pal; we will never ask for money upfront.
